Learn how Power DevBox handles your data across our Chrome Extensions, APIs, and Web Apps.
Our Chrome and Edge extensions do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All data processing occurs entirely client-side and remains local to your browser.
All operations performed by our extensions happen locally on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties. Your information never leaves your browser.
Our extensions do not integrate with any third-party services except for basic usage analytics via Google Analytics. For more information about Google Analytics, please visit their privacy policy.
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies within our extensions. We may track general usage statistics but we do not track individual user behavior.
Since all data remains local to your browser, security is maintained through your browser's built-in security mechanisms. We do not have access to any of your data.
You have full control over our extensions. You can uninstall them at any time via your browser's extension settings. Upon uninstallation, all extension data is removed from your browser.
The Dataverse ERD extension uses your current signed-in Microsoft Dataverse session to request solution, table, relationship, column, and security-role metadata that you already have permission to read. Its authorization token and environment details are held in extension-local browser storage, and expired tokens are removed automatically.
ERD rendering and Excel, Markdown, SVG, and PNG generation take place in your browser. The extension does not define or send data to a Power DevBox backend service. Generated diagrams and documents leave the browser only when you choose to copy or download them.
PDAC uses Microsoft Entra authentication to access Power Platform and Dataverse environments available to the signed-in account. Account details, refresh tokens, settings, and schedules are stored in extension-local storage; report files and trend rows are stored locally in IndexedDB.
The extension contains its runtime libraries and does not send administration data to a Power DevBox backend. Generated reports and exports leave the extension only when you choose to download them. Anyone with control of the signed-in operating-system and browser profile shares the local trust boundary for stored extension data.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
