To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power DevBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
